Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of services offered by Matha Tayk Tours. By booking a tour, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
A 100% advance payment is required to confirm your spot. Prices are per person and based on group size. Visa support is included but the visa fee is non-refundable.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (if any) are subject to local partner and hotel policies. No refund is provided for no-shows or early departures.
3. Responsibilities
We act as a coordinator for transportation, accommodation, and local partners. We are not liable for loss, injury, or delay caused by third-party providers.
4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully, especially at religious and cultural sites. Offensive or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour.
5. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, security, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.
6. Health & Travel Insurance
Participants are responsible for securing appropriate health and travel insurance. You must be physically fit for group travel.
7. Agreement
By joining a tour, you acknowledge and accept these terms. You also agree to respect the values and mission of Matha Tayk Tours in fostering interfaith harmony.
